Modular Possibilities

More variety with a simpler construction language: modular sofa, chaise longue, lounge chair, ottoman, coffee table and champagne stand.

Fewer intersecting panels, open undersides and no separate decorative feet, keeping the wavy profiles and fitted upholstery as the signature.

Materials, Functionality and Durability

Support beneath the foam: use a continuous or suitably supported upper skin so the ribs cannot be felt.
Finishing access: seal inaccessible faces and slots before assembly, following the adhesive system’s requirements; finish the assembled joints afterwards.
Outdoor finish: epoxy needs a compatible UV-protective finish over it. WEST SYSTEM Epoxy
Water management: avoid water-trapping pockets, isolate the plywood from the ground and make the ice bucket removable.
Upholstery specification: distinguish woven marine canvas from PU-coated faux leather; choose the actual material by its documented outdoor performance.

Biggest production saving will come from repeated profiles and controlled finishing work. Luxury value will come from the proportions, the touch, the seams and the precision where wood meets upholstery.
