Procedure for Bowies Sunbed, 2 days

You didn’t come this far to stop

1. Breakfast, water, magnesium, banana

2. Clear ONE large work area completely

3. Separate foam, tops, bottoms, piping zones physically

4. Unroll 5m cardboard

5. Draw master centerlines for all cushion types

6. Define cushion families (5 types only)

7. Mark LEFT / RIGHT / FRONT / BACK on every template

8. Template each cushion top section individually

9. Template curved sections carefully with alignment marks

10. Add seam marks and vertical alignment references to ALL templates

11. Add zipper positions to underside templates

12. Add velcro positions directly on templates

13. Mark piping start/end references

14. Mark perimeter flap zones separately

15. Check mirrored parts before cutting cardboard

16. Stack templates by cushion type

17. Count how many copies of each template are needed

18. Write quantities directly on templates

19. Clean table again before canvas cutting

20. Roll out main canvas fully once

21. Nest templates tightly like CNC logic

22. Keep grain direction consistent visually

23. Draw ALL parts before cutting anything

24. Double-check quantities before cutting

25. Cut ALL top panels first

26. Stack and separate by type immediately

27. Cut ALL curved side panels

28. Stack and separate immediately

29. Cut ALL side tubes/perimeter strips

30. Cut ALL underside panels

31. Cut ALL perimeter flaps

32. Cut ALL velcro flap sections

33. Label EVERYTHING immediately after cutting

34. Make 50m piping production run

35. Fold piping edge with double-sided tape

36. Insert piping filler continuously

37. Sew piping continuously in train mode

38. Roll/store finished piping separately

39. Prepare zipper runs in series

40. Glue zipper positions first

41. Sew all zippers in one operation

42. Insert all zipper sliders immediately

43. Open zipper cuts after sliders installed

44. Build all underside velcro flaps

45. Sew velcro to all flap pieces

46. Sew receiving velcro sections to matching undersides

47. Build all cushion union flap systems

48. Label all union systems carefully

49. Build outer perimeter skirt/flap assemblies

50. Add snaps reinforcement zones if needed

51. Sew piping to all top assemblies first

52. Sew curved top assemblies carefully using alignment marks

53. Test visual symmetry constantly

54. Build one COMPLETE easy cushion first

55. Mount foam into test cushion

56. Check seam alignment under tension

57. Check piping height visually

58. Check zipper access

59. Check underside pull tension

60. Check perimeter flap behavior

61. Adjust heights or seam allowances if necessary

62. Apply corrections globally before mass sewing

63. Begin full cushion production only after validation

64. Sew all top assemblies in series

65. Sew all bottoms in series

66. Join tops to bottoms using alignment marks

67. Integrate perimeter flap carefully during perimeter sewing

68. Keep curved sections slow and controlled

69. Turn finished cushions immediately after sewing

70. Inspect visually from distance

71. Mount foams progressively

72. Check all unions and velcro alignment

73. Finish remaining cushions assembly-line style

74. Install snaps on perimeter flaps

75. Mount all cushions on base

76. Verify overall visual flow of whole sunbed

77. Adjust tension only if truly necessary

78. Template towels AFTER final mounted geometry

79. Build towels

80. Wait for Weathermax80

81. Build protective cover slightly relaxed, not ultra-tight

82. Final clean-up and inspection

83. Photograph everything before packing

84. Protect curved sections during packing

85. Avoid hard folds and seam compression

86. Pack and send

87. Sleep.
